Refund Policy

Refund
Our refund policy is 30 days. To be eligible for a refund, you must have some crocchi left from your order! Please tell us what we could have done better through email. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email with further detail. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Return dry-ice shipping will be at the expense of the buyer.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
