Linda Miller Nicholson is an internationally-recognized pasta pro. She has been featured in Vogue, on The Today Show, O Magazine, The New Yorker, Saveur, Good Housekeeping, Buzzfeed, Elle, the BBC, and Business Insider, just to name a few.

She makes pasta art for Gigi Hadid, Katy Perry, Camila and Matthew McConaughey, Snooki, The Chew, Harry Connick Jr. and more. She’s been the subject of several documentaries, has a best-selling cookbook called Pasta, Pretty Please, and regularly appears on national television. 

I said no to those opportunities because I felt that we didn’t connect on the personal colorful company values I wanted to bring to the table.

It’s significantly harder to do it on your own, but I’ve always wanted the product to be something I could be proud of people serving to their loved ones.

Fast forward to now and I am ready to share something that is not only delicious and innovative, but also is made from real vegetables. My pasta journey started when I was four, and the amazing thing is that it came full circle when my own son, Bentley Danger, turned four and rejected most healthy foods.

So knowing that pasta was his favorite food, I had the idea to puree vegetables into the actual pasta dough, hoping he would eat it. It worked! 

Soon I was making pasta in every color of the rainbow. I began to share my creations and they went viral.

Because of that, I got a great book deal, did media on all levels and continued to make a beautiful and healthy space for my craft.
