This sauce sings, despite its simplicity. We pluck the tenderest, dewy sage leaves fresh from the garden, pat them dry, and gently fry them in lush Irish butter until the kitchen is filled with the aroma of caramelized herbs. Next we blend them with a dusting of nutmeg and a generous amount of Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese along with starchy pasta water to achieve a balanced, umami-rich emulsion that delicately coats our supple, croissant-shaped gnocchi that pasta lovers the world over cannot wait to devour. One jar is the perfect amount to pair with one box of our croissant-shaped gnocchi.  Choose local pick-up or shipping at checkout.

How to Prepare

Place the sealed jar of sauce in a bowl of warm water while cooking pasta. Drain the pasta in a colander and stir the sauce in the pasta pot over medium heat until smooth. Add the cooked pasta and toss together until heated through, about one minute. Serve immediately.
