Sage Browned Butter Sauce + CROCCHI™
This is a classic, and for good reason- it is a sauce that sings, despite its simplicity. Made in small batches using quality ingredients, it doesn’t get anymore my hands to your heart.
8 ounces. Pairs perfectly with 18 oz of Crocchi.
How to Prepare
Place the sealed jar of sauce in a bowl of warm water while cooking Crocchi. Drain the Crocchi in a colander and stir the sauce in the pasta pot over medium heat until smooth. Add the cooked Crocchi and toss together until heated through, about one minute. Serve immediately.
Add frozen Crocchi™ to boiling, salted water. Boil Crocchi™ until they float, 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
For brightest color and best nutrient content, do not overcook.
Drain Crocchi™, reserving some pasta water. Toss Crocchi™ in a pan with your favorite sauce, butter or olive oil and add a little bit of pasta water as needed to thin the sauce. Serve immediately.
Tip: Use translucent sauces to let the Crocchi™ color shine!

How to store
place jar in freezer until ready to use. Will keep in refrigerator 3 days, once thawed.
