This sauce sings, despite its simplicity. We pluck the tenderest, dewy sage leaves fresh from the garden, pat them dry, and gently fry them in lush Irish butter until the kitchen is filled with the aroma of caramelized herbs. Next we blend them with a dusting of nutmeg and a generous amount of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese along with starchy pasta water to achieve a balanced, umami-rich emulsion that delicately coats our supple, croissant-shaped gnocchi that pasta lovers the world over cannot wait to devour. One jar is the perfect amount to pair with one box of our croissant-shaped gnocchi.

Congratulations! You’ve found the world’s first ever croissant-shaped gnocchi! This gorgeous new product will arrive frozen at your doorstep. They are super easy to boil and serve so that you can feature them as the stunning centerpiece of your meal!

I’ve been gearing toward a larger product offering to share this journey with you all, and this is where Crocchi™ comes in.

They’re quick to boil, healthy for your crew to eat, and most of all, lot’s of fun! I’m so thrilled to have you along for the vibrant vegetable ride.

How to Make

8 Oz. (Pairs perfectly with 18 oz of Crocchi) 

How to prepare: Place the sealed jar of sauce in a bowl of hot water until thawed, about 20 minutes. Once sauce is thawed, cook Crocchi straight from frozen in boiling, salted water until it floats. Drain the Crocchi in a colander and stir the sauce in the pasta pot over medium heat until smooth. Add the cooked Crocchi and toss together until heated through, about one minute. Serve immediately. 

DO NOT MICROWAVE OR BOIL THE SAUCE JAR ITSELF 

Add frozen Crocchi™ to boiling, salted water. Boil Crocchi™ until they float, 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 

For brightest color and best nutrient content, do not overcook. 

Drain Crocchi™, reserving some pasta water. Toss Crocchi™ in a pan with your favorite sauce, butter or olive oil and add a little bit of pasta water as needed to thin the sauce. Serve immediately. 

Tip: Use translucent sauces to let the Crocchi™ color shine!
